Accommodation provided in a 2 bedroom villa with a maximum capacity of 4 adults.  Rates are based on 2 guests occupying Master Bedroom; additional guests subject to surcharge except monthly stays. Children 8 years of age and over are welcome in this adult community. Additional service charge 10% applies to all posted rates. Refundable security/ damage deposit of US$500 is required in advance to secure a booking. Guest Check-in & Check-out may be any day of the week. Minimum 7 nights stay except at High Season. Rates subject to change and specials may be available time to time. All payments are required by credit card and processed by Paypal.
